Free Family Open Tennis Days

Free Tennis Open Days – for 3-10 year olds

  • Saturday 26th November: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00pm – 3:30 pm
  • Sunday 27th November: 10:00 am - 11.30 am

Today’s key fact: Andy Murray and Serena Williams both started playing tennis when they were 3 years old.

So, the message is clear… start them early. Then you can retire early… when they win Wimbledon!

More reasons to come along…

  • The perfect introduction to our mini-tennis program
  • Helps improve skills like balance and hand to eye co-ordination
  • Kids develop at their own pace
  • Each development stage has its own court size and type of ball

If your child loves the experience, and we’re pretty sure they will, then there’s a special offer only available at the open days…

Anyone signing up by direct debit for any of our tennis programs won’t pay anything till February 1st 2017! That’s two whole months for free for kids, for teenagers, for adults, for everyone!

September 2016

National Fitness Day

Wednesday 7th September 2016

The countdown has begun. National Fitness Day on Wednesday, September 7th looks like being the busiest one yet. The most active day of the year just became that little bit more lively!

National Fitness Day

To help you decide what to do on the day, there’s an Event Planner on the National Fitness Day website
http://www.nationalfitnessday.com/find-an-event/

All events are free so there’s no excuse for not making an appearance. The range of activities is pretty impressive and will be getting added to as the day approaches.

So, just pop your post code in the event finder and see what’s happening near you.

It’s a post code lottery, but you’re guaranteed a win!
