Boot Camp Boot Camp help to tone your entire body. The exercises are designed to work all of the major muscle groups in your body. This helps to ensure that you see results quickly. In addition, Bootcamps offer a variety of exercises that help improve balance and coordination. This is a great workout if you’re looking for something that will help improve your overall fitness.

HIIT It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

Junior (11-15) Your Goal Offered in the swimming pool, this low impact class is an ideal way to improve fitness and muscle tone in a fun and invigorating way. This class is ideal for all fitness levels.

Aqua Fit " Aqua aerobics, is a form of low impact exercise carried out in water. These classes are suitable for everyone regardless of age or ability, combining aqua aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves, to give you a full body workout."

Aqua Therapy Aqua Therapy is a water based class that helps with physical rehabilitation, improves mobility, strength and fitness and other therapeutic benefit. Exercise performed in the water can bring relief to those who suffer from various neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday from 12pm until 1pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
