On Tuesdays and Thursdays our opening hours are extended until 12am. You can book the extended online sessions here.

Get moving safely with the best exercise for over 50s here at Fox Hollies Leisure Centre. Staying active throughout life is important, but as we age, different styles of movement may be better suited for our bodies. Our over 50s exercises are designed to be kinder to joints, focuses on muscle building, and works on keeping our cardiovascular system the heart and lungs strong.

Our over 50+ fitness are available to all adults over 50 years old. Join our classes every Friday between 8:30am – 12:30pm for £4.70, and you can take part in all of the following activities: Gym, Swim, Badminton or Table Tennis. A great choice of activities to choose from to keep you active and motivated.
