Health Suite

Saunas and steam rooms offer a time-tested way to ease tired muscles and quiet busy minds. Whether it’s post-workout recovery or a moment of calm in your day, this is your space to slow down and restore your energy.

The Health Suite is a mixed use facility and swimwear must be worn at all times. Under 16's need to be accompanied by an adult in the Health Suite.

As a member, you will be able to take full advantage of our Health Suite.

Opening times

A few things to keep in mind

To make sure everyone has a comfortable, relaxing experience:

  • Skip lotions, creams and shower gels while using the sauna and steam room

  • These facilities are for ages 16+. Under 16's need to be accompanied by an adult in the Health Suite

  • Food isn’t permitted in the health suite

  • Swimwear must be worn at all times

  • Don’t forget your towel as we’re unable to provide one
