Fiit Virtual Strength - Dumbbells Looking to start exercising but not really sure where to begin? This Girl Can Classes are taking place at Stechford, where getting it wrong it totally alright. If you’ve got two left feet or never done a push up in your life, then these classes are for you. Come and join us!

Body Attack This high-energy class is for all fitness levels, mixing athletic moves like running and jumping with strength exercises. Set to energising music, you'll challenge your limits and get that heart rate up!

Les Mills Pilates Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Aqua Fit Aqua Fit is a fun, low-impact workout in the water, combining aerobics and strength exercises for a full-body workout that everyone can enjoy.

Women Only Swimming Women only sessions are suitable for teenagers (16+) to adults to engage in fitness and socialisation while having a leisurely swim. We are unable to guarantee that there will be all female Life Guards in attendance for the sessions, male Life Guards may also be present.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Sunday from 7am until 9am.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
