Swan Pool - September Party Competition Terms and Conditions

  • The Promoter is Serco Leisure Ltd, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ

  • The competition entitles the winner to one children's birthday party at Swan Pool Leisure Centre. The winner may choose from a football party, swim party or soft play party

  • The competition opens on 17 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted and entry is limited to one entry per person.

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

  • The winner will be contacted on 2 October 2026 via the social media platform used to enter the competition.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.

  • The prize includes a party activity and party room hire for up to 30 people.

  • Food and drink are not included within the prize.

  • The prize must be booked and redeemed during 2026 and is subject to availability and the winner will be contacted to arrange a suitable date for the party.

  • Travel expenses and any other costs associated with claiming the prize are not included.

  • As a runner-up offer, the first 10 customers to book a party following the close of the competition will receive 25% off their booking.

  • The runner-up offer is available on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.

  • The 25% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

  • The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the runner-up offer at any time.

  • Not applicable to Serco Leisure employees

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
