Staying active throughout life is important, but as we age, different styles of movement may be better suited for our bodies. Our over 50s exercises are designed to be kinder to joints, focuses on muscle building, and works on keeping our cardiovascular system the heart and lungs strong.

Are you a, Nifty Fifty, Sporty Sixty, Sprightly Seventy or Energetic Eighty year-old? Then join us for Table Tennis, Badminton, use of the gym, or a swim on Friday mornings between 8:30am-12:30pm at Fox Hollies Leisure Centre!
