You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Gym Tours

We will have Gym Tours from 10am to 2pm where you can be shown around the gym and given a full induction into all of our amazing equipment.

No booking required.

Free Gymnastics Taster Sessions

Available on Sunday

 Our Gymnastics programmes build agility, balance and coordination using various pieces of equipment including bars, beams and vaults with qualified instructors. These free taster sessions are a fantastic introduction to gymnastics lessons.

1.Get Going Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

Indoor Cycling- Covered by Albert Mare Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike to music. It combines cardio and endurance training in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session. Not only is it great for your cardiovascular fitness, but it’s also great at toning your muscles and gaining strength. Indoor cycling will target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and your core. The biggest plus is its low impact on your joints.
