Member benefits: 12 Guest Passes Terms & Conditions

  • The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (Company No. 04687478), registered at Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ​

  • A total of twelve (12) Guest Passes will be gifted to a paying member, with one (1) Guest Pass issued per calendar month for the duration of the membership​

  • Each Guest Pass may be used by any individual aged 18+ and may also be used by existing MORE members of the centre​

  • Guest Passes may only be issued in-centre to the nominated guest when accompanied by the paying member​

  • Each Guest Pass is valid only on the date of issue and will expire at the end of that day​

  • The Guest Pass entitles the guest to access up to three (3) pre-bookable activities on the day of issue. Please refer to the centre’s website for full details ofavailable activities. All activities are subject to availability​

  • Guest Pass excludes Reformer Pilates, Aqua Aerobic, Floating Sound Baths, SUP Yoga, Hydro Rider sessions and inflatable sessions where these are held at thecentre ​

  • Serco Leisure Operating Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on the issue and use of any Guest Pass​

  • Minimum age restrictions apply to certain activities. Please refer to the centre’s terms and conditions for further details​

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer​

  • No cash or alternative offers are available in place of the Guest Pass​

  • This offer is not available to employees of Serco Leisure Operating Limited​

  • Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s membership, or Guest Pass, for justified reasons
