FITIN30 FITIN30 is a 30 minute small group training circuits based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio - Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced workout that can help tone your body, shed fat and involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time, with rest periods between or at the end of each full circuit completion.

Lane Swimming Sessions suitable for adults 16 years + wishing to swim for fitness or leisure. Lanes will be available to suit different speeds and abilities.

During Birmingham City Councill term time, some of our local schools dive into their swimming lessons between 9.30am - 11.30am and 1.30pm - 3pm, Monday to Friday. Our Swimming for All sessions still run during these times, but the pool will be shared. If you would like any further information, contact a member of our centre team.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Friday from 2pm until 4pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
