Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike to music. It combines cardio and endurance training in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session. During Birmingham City Councill term time, some of our local schools dive into their swimming lessons between 9.30am - 11.30am and 1.30pm - 3pm, Monday to Friday. Our Swimming for All sessions still run during these times, but the pool will be shared. If you would like any further information, contact a member of our centre team.

Quieter Hours
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.
Our Quieter Hours are operating every Friday from 2pm until 4pm.
While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
