You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Gym Tours

We will have gym tours throughout the weekend, where you can be shown around the gym and given a full induction into all of our amazing equipment.

No booking is required

Free Gymnastics Taster Sessions

Saturday & Sunday

Our Gymnastics programmes build agility, balance and coordination using various pieces of equipment including bars, beams and vaults with qualified instructors. These free taster sessions are a fantastic introduction to gymnastics lessons.

Children should wear comfortable clothing.

FITIN45 FITIN45 is a 45 minute small group training circuits based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio - Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced workout that can help tone your body, shed fat and involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time, with rest periods between or at the end of each full circuit completion.
