Power Step Power step Aerobics is a choreographed routine utilising a set of steps or moves centered on and around a rectangular platform. The platforms are 4? high, and can be adjusted by adding risers so the step becomes taller, increasing the intensity of the workout. You’ll use your entire body for this workout, and as is so often the case, you can adjust the level of intensity of your workout with the effort you put into it!
