Our children's courses are the perfect way for children of all ages and abilities to develop their abilities in different sports, as well as support their self-confidence, team working skills, make friends and more, under the guidance of our fully-qualified coaches.
All classes are on a monthly direct debit for £25.30 with one lesson a week.

Our program is designed for kids aged 3-4 who are looking for a fun and challenging way to stay active and develop new skills. Our experienced instructors will lead the children through a variety of ninja-inspired obstacle course training building strength, agility, and coordination, as well as teaching important life skills such as discipline, focus, and teamwork.
The Mini Ninja Club will be held on Monday & Wednesday 4 pm-4.30 pm and Sunday from 9.45 am to 10.15 am, starting February 5th. The cost of the program is £25.30 per month. Email us by clicking the button below to sign up.
Gymnastics is recognised as being one of the top three fundamental sports for young people, laying the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. They’ll develop fundamental movement skills as well as important social skills, like teamwork and self-confidence. Our programmes are inclusive and progressive, following our Proficiency Pathway.
Gymnastics term time sessions for ages 4 -7 years and 8 - 11 years Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
These sessions allow parents to stay in the gymnasium and get involved with the session. We have fully qualified coaches that will greet you and instruct the session, and you can work with your children on taking part. Your child will understand the basics of Gymnastics in these lessons, getting the children used to participating in a structured class, before moving on to other classes. Gym-fants lessons runs throughout the year.
Classes on Mondays and Thursdays for up to 4 years old.
These sessions are a mixture of gymnastics and trampolining, teaching your little one to stay active. With both sports being a fundamental part of development, life skills and a healthy life these classes are structured to develop movement skills as well as social skills such as teamwork.

Trampolining is a great way to stay active while having fun, under the guidance of our fully-trained instructors. Our classes are suitable for children 5 years and over, and combine the progressive development of core skills, such as balance, strength, flexibility and co-ordination, along with important life skills such as team work.

We believe that the practice of Jiu-Jitsu is seen as a means to individual development and personal growth. Strength, self-awareness, respect, discipline and responsibility are common core values taught within our kid’s programme. Adult classes are also available to from the ages 13+.
